Quality: certification register and controlled document management

October 30, 2026
Production

Quality now has a certification register, controlled quality documents with approval and effective dates, controlled copies, and a record retention register.

New Feature

Published documents for all users

Every user can read published quality documents and acknowledge them, without needing access to the quality registers.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Certification register with expiry alerts

Keep achieved and planned certificates with standard, certification body, scope, plants and files. Record surveillance audits, and the next audit date rolls forward. Expired status, colours and days to expiry are shown automatically. You get alerts 90 and 30 days before expiry and 30 days before a surveillance audit.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Certificate pack PDF per plant

Print a certificate pack for a plant. It has a cover page followed by the certificate PDFs, and expired certificates are left out.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Controlled quality documents with numbering and approval

Quality documents get numbers from their document type's pattern, and a number is never reused. Each revision is approved by the approvers set on the type. A revision with a future effective date waits as Approved and becomes current on that date. Quality revisions can no longer be submitted from the general policy screen. They must be submitted from Quality > Documents.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Master Document List and review tracking

Print the Master Document List, where drafts are marked 'Draft - not in use'. See which documents are due for review, and record a review with no change.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Controlled copies with automatic withdrawal

The issue list is proposed from the document's distribution list. Each issued copy prints with its copy number, revision and effective date. When a revision is superseded, its issued copies appear as withdrawal lines until you confirm them. Every other print is marked UNCONTROLLED COPY with the date and user, and attached PDFs get the same watermark.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Document types, record retention and quality roles

Set up document types with numbering pattern, approver steps, review period, retention and ISO 9001:2015 clauses. Keep a retention schedule and disposal register for hard-copy records. A batch cannot be disposed of before its retain-until date. Assign quality roles per plant and print the quality organisation. A new Document Controller role is available.

Lot release, dispatch gate, shelf life and traceability

October 29, 2026
Production

Quality now signs lot releases that control what can be dispatched, tracks batch shelf life and retained samples, and offers a traceability search and containment workflow.

New Feature

Release set-up, shelf-life and release reports

New Quality pages cover release set-up, shelf life, retained samples, containments and release reports. Scheduled reminders cover pending clearances, releases due, shelf life nearing due, and sample disposal.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Signed lot release records and certificates

Each order line and shipment quantity gets a release record that checks final audit lots, third-party clearances, tests, concessions, open NCRs and batches. It is signed with the signer's password or authenticator code, and only users in a release-authority role can sign. Customers flagged for Head of Quality sign-off need the Head of Quality. A signed release is frozen, shows live if anything changed afterwards, and can be printed as a release record or Certificate of Conformity. The Head of Quality can revoke a release that has not been delivered against.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Dispatch gate on delivery goods issue

When switched on for a plant, a delivery line under the release rule cannot ship more than its open released quantity. The refusal names the line with the released, delivered and requested quantities. Deliveries use the oldest releases first, and reversing a goods issue returns the quantity to the release. The gate is off until Quality turns it on for a plant.

Inventory Global
New Feature

Shelf-life rules and daily re-inspection job

Shelf-life rules can be set per material group and plant. When enabled, a daily job moves batches that are due into Quality Inspection with a re-inspection lot, and blocks expired batches. Accepting the re-inspection lot moves the next due date on. Existing stock gets its first dates through a review step that lists overdue batches first, and nothing is moved in bulk.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

FIFO override for production issue and delivery picking

When the plant's FIFO check is on, picking a younger batch than the oldest eligible one needs a reason and the FIFO override permission. Each override is logged with both batches.

Inventory Global
New Feature

Retained-sample register with label printing

Retained samples are registered with a retain-until date worked out from the retention period. Only the Head of Quality can dispose of a sample early, and must give a reason. Sample labels can be printed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Traceability cockpit

Search by order confirmation, line, style, buyer PO, batch, delivery, carton or invoice to see five traceability panels and the last-known-good window. Results can be exported to PDF and CSV. If one panel can't load it shows "Not available" and the others still appear. Operator and machine show "Not captured — Phase 2".

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Containment from complaints and NCRs

Starting containment holds in-house stock at once, with one NCR per material. The stock is then verified 100% and released by the Quality Assurance Manager. Completing containment stamps the complaint's containment date once, and a recall can be raised from it.

CRM Leads redesign: richer lead details, Lost reasons, convert and bulk edit

October 29, 2026
Production

Leads now capture more buyer detail, require a reason when lost, can be linked to a customer, and can be edited or deleted in bulk from a redesigned list.

Improvement

New leads list with side-panel editor

The leads list has a new layout with a status summary, and Contact and Company are now separate columns. Leads open in a side panel for editing, and the owner picker works for sales users. Saved column layouts for the leads list are reset once.

CRM Global
Improvement

Closed leads are now called Lost and need a reason

The Closed status is now labelled Lost. Moving a lead to Lost, singly or in bulk, requires you to choose a reason, and you can add remarks. Leads closed earlier keep their blank reason.

CRM Global
Improvement

Search and sort leads on more fields

Lead search now also covers mobile, interest, product category, city and GSTIN. You can sort by follow-up date, probability, priority and status, and filter by priority, season and converted customer.

CRM Global
New Feature

More detail on every lead

Leads now record priority (Hot, Warm or Cold), product category, season, expected volume with unit and period, target price, city, state, country and GSTIN. GSTIN is checked for a valid format when you save.

CRM Global
New Feature

Proposal Sent stage

A new "Proposal Sent" stage sits between Qualified and Converted. It counts as an open lead, including in the CRM dashboard's stale-leads count.

CRM Global
New Feature

Convert a lead by linking it to a customer

You can convert a lead by linking it to an existing customer of the same company. The lead is marked Converted and the conversion date is recorded. A customer from another company is refused.

CRM Global
New Feature

Edit or delete several leads at once

Select multiple leads to change their status, owner, priority or lost reason together, or to delete them. The result is reported lead by lead, so one failure doesn't stop the rest. You can act on up to 500 leads at a time.

Audit management and line checks in Quality

October 29, 2026
Production

Quality now covers versioned audit checklists, an annual audit programme, tablet-based audit execution with CAPA follow-up, and line checks that warn on the line board.

New Feature

Versioned audit checklist templates

Build checklists with sections and Yes/No/NA, score, numeric or text questions, weights, photo rules and critical flags. A published version is read-only, and an audit keeps the version it started on.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Annual audit programme with Head of Quality approval

Plan internal and supplier audits separately for each plant and year, with a suggested frequency, approval by the Head of Quality, audit generation and a month calendar. You can print the programme.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Qualified and independent auditors

Auditors are checked against their Hire to Retire training records. Someone auditing their own department or process, or a supplier they buy from, is refused, and there is no override.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Run audits on a tablet or desktop

Take photos, see the score update as you answer, and get the auditee's signature. A critical No fails the audit, and nonconformities become draft findings. A submitted audit is read-only, and the QMS Responsible can correct it with a reason. An audit report can be printed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Audit findings become CAPAs with verification

Each finding creates a CAPA owned by the process owner, with a target of 7, 30, 60 or 90 days depending on its class. Owners use My audit actions to add the root cause, action plan and evidence. Verification can include photos, and an action marked Not effective reopens the CAPA. Overdue findings are escalated, and customer or certification-body findings have their own classification. A finding sheet can be printed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Line checks: first piece, device check and line clearance

Checks are raised at shift start, when an order is first loaded on a line, or by hand. A check is marked Missed after 30 minutes. A new-order check never blocks a scan. After repeated first-piece rejections or a failed device check, a nonconformance is proposed with the suspect pieces listed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Line board shows line-check warnings

The line board has a quality tile that warns when a first-piece, device or line-clearance check is open, missed or failed.

Production Global
New Feature

Audit dashboard and six audit reports

The dashboard shows department and plant scores and trends. Six reports are included: programme vs actual, tracking chart, score trend, finding ageing, layered-audit compliance and line-check exceptions. The reports can be exported to Excel, and the line-check exceptions report can be printed.

Calibration completion and measurement system analysis (MSA)

October 29, 2026
Production

Quality now has a full instrument master, calibration records with readings, out-of-calibration impact assessments, issue and return, MSA studies and daily checks.

Improvement

Calibration records with readings and as-found verdict

Calibrations record readings per test point (as-found, as-left, error and tolerance), and the result is the as-found verdict. External calibration needs a lab accreditation that is valid on the date plus the certificate file. Internal tape verification needs a reference standard.

Quality Management Global
Improvement

Fuller instrument master with derived due status

Each instrument now holds its plant, range, least count, accuracy, calibration method, lab, criticality, MSA settings, daily check, custodian and department. Due and Overdue are worked out from the next due date and the plant's due window instead of being typed. Under repair, Lost and Obsolete are new statuses, and status changes only through actions such as send to lab, out of service or return to service.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Record the instrument used on inspection results

Lot results and measurement-check values can now store the instrument used. A picker lists usable instruments for the plan's category, with the custodian's first. An instrument that is out of service, overdue or the wrong category is refused by name. Making the instrument mandatory is a per-plant setting that is off by default.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Out-of-calibration impact assessment

A failed as-found calibration, a lost instrument or a damaged return opens an assessment. It lists every lot measured with the instrument since its last passed calibration and shows where each batch is now. For each lot you choose No impact, Re-inspect or NCR, and a remark is required. Return to service needs the assessment complete and a passing calibration after the trigger.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Instrument issue and return

Instruments can be issued with a condition and returned, and overdue returns and calibration recalls are flagged.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

MSA studies: gauge R&R, bias and linearity

You can run gauge R&R (average and range), bias and linearity studies, judged against acceptance limits per instrument category that are frozen on the study. The Head of Quality decides a Conditional GR&R result. A Not acceptable result proposes taking the instrument out of service.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Daily instrument checks

Each instrument gets one daily check per working day. The check is marked Missing after the plant's cut-off time (11:00). A failed check on a process machine proposes raising an NCR.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Calibration reports, prints and notifications

There are five new calibration reports and an instrument history card. You can print a QR instrument label, a DO NOT USE label, the history card and an MSA report. Scheduled jobs send notifications for due calibrations, overdue returns, missing daily checks and expiring lab accreditations. Impact assessments and MSA studies get their own document numbers.

Ask AI on the Sales Orders list

October 28, 2026
Production

Ask questions about your sales orders in plain English and get answers as tables, charts or KPI tiles.

Improvement

Reliable answers on order values and dates

The assistant only sees the orders you can already see on the grid for your active company. It uses the INR amount for totals and declines to add order-currency amounts across different currencies. Periods such as this financial year use the Indian April–March year.

CRM Global
New Feature

Ask AI on the Sales Orders list

A new Ask AI button next to the grid tabs opens a floating assistant that answers questions about your sales orders, such as top customers, monthly trends and overdue deliveries. Answers appear as a table, chart or KPI tiles, and you can limit them to the rows your search and filters currently show.

CRM Global
New Feature

Movable, resizable assistant window

The assistant window can be dragged by its header, resized from any edge or corner, and expanded to full page with the button or a double-click. Close it with the ✕ button or Esc. It remembers its size and position in your browser.

Faster goods receipts and journal posting; role re-assignment fixed

October 28, 2026
Production

Receiving many-line purchase orders and posting large journals is much faster, and re-assigning a previously removed role no longer fails.

Bug Fix

Re-assigning a removed role now works

Giving a user a role that was previously taken away used to fail with a server error. The role is now reactivated, and assigning a role the user already holds shows a clear message naming it.

System Global
Improvement

Goods receipts with many lines no longer time out

Receiving a purchase order with many lines now completes in a fraction of the time (a 30-line receipt dropped from about 69 seconds to 12). Budget commitments come out the same as before.

Procurement Global
Improvement

Large journal entries save and post faster

Journals with many lines no longer recalculate budget consumption repeatedly on every line save, so they save and post faster. Budget figures are unchanged.

Faster, consistent grids across Production, with Excel export

October 28, 2026
Production

Production list screens now page, sort, search and filter on the server, and many can export the full filtered set to Excel.

Improvement

Gantt chart and planning board load in pages

The Gantt chart and planning board can now load orders page by page, which keeps them responsive with large schedules.

Production Global
Improvement

Updated capacity planning and CRP report screens

The capacity planning and CRP report pages, along with Component Allocation and the change management settings, were rebuilt on the standard grid for consistent filtering and display.

Production Global
Improvement

Standardized Production list grids

Lists such as BOMs, routings, production orders, pre-packs, change orders, change requests, holidays, holiday calendars, capacity profiles and sales order BOMs now use the same grid. Paging, sorting, searching and column filtering run on the server, so large data sets load faster.

Production Global
Improvement

All orders ready to schedule are now reachable

The Production Scheduling dashboard lists every planned or released order in a pageable grid, sorted most urgent first by critical ratio. Previously it showed only the 200 most urgent orders.

Production Global
New Feature

Scheduled operations grid

The scheduling screens now have a searchable, filterable grid of scheduled operations. It shows planned start and finish and whether each operation finishes after the order's required date, and it can be exported to Excel.

Production Global
New Feature

Export filtered Production lists to Excel

Several Production grids, including holiday calendars and the scheduling lists, can now export the whole filtered result to Excel rather than only the visible page.

Quality: MRB dispositions, concessions, NCR, complaint SLA and CAPA

October 28, 2026
Production Breaking changes

Quality now handles nonconformance end to end: approved dispositions, concessions, NCR holds, complaint SLA tracking, CAPA and a single action tracker.

New Feature

Nonconformance Set-up screen

Quality managers can maintain the approval matrix, scrap limit, holding periods, repeat and effectiveness settings, working hours and SLA matrix. A tester shows who approves a given split.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Action tracker and nonconformance reports

One read-only action tracker covers NCRs, CAPA actions, complaint dates, audit findings and management-review items, with a My actions view and Excel export. Six new reports cover NCR ageing, blocked stock, dispositions, concessions, complaint SLA and CAPA.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

CAPA templates, effectiveness checks and deployment

CAPAs follow a template chosen by severity (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D or DMAIC) with interim, permanent and preventive actions in sequence. Effectiveness checks fall due after 30 days or 3 production orders, and fixes can be deployed horizontally. CAPA and 8D reports can be printed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Customer complaint SLA tracking

Complaints record customer, channel, shipment, quantity, evidence, claim and debit-note reference. Seven SLA dates come from a configurable matrix, with hourly escalation when they are missed. Complaints close only after CAPA effectiveness is confirmed or the Head of Quality overrides.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Richer NCRs with stock holds and repeat detection

NCRs now record area, stage detected, order, style, line, shift, quantities and defect codes. Critical NCRs can stop production and alert supervisors at once. Batches are held under the NCR and cannot be closed while held. A red tag can be printed, and holding-limit alerts appear after 30 days. Repeat problems are detected daily and a CAPA is proposed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Concessions and deviations

Raise concessions or deviations with evidence, quantity and validity limits, approval workflow and the customer's written approval attached. Use as-is draws on an approved, unexpired concession, which is consumed as used and lapses at expiry. Concessions can be printed.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Approval before dispositions are posted

A disposition that needs approval is saved as Proposed and posts nothing until it is approved in My Approvals. The proposer cannot approve it. If posting is refused after approval, it stays Approved – not posted with the reason so QA can retry. Reports, TNA, scorecards and dashboards count only posted decisions.

Quality Management Global
New Feature

Repair, regrade and use-as-is dispositions

Usage decisions now include Repair, Regrade and Use as-is alongside rework, reject, return and scrap. Existing Conditional accept decisions become Use as-is. Every split other than Accept must name its NCR.

Faster, consistent grids across Production screens

October 28, 2026
Production

Production lists now load page by page with server-side sorting, searching and filtering, and can be exported to Excel in full.

Improvement

Capability workspace tabs use standard grids

The Attributes, Groups and Work Centre Capabilities tabs now use the standard grid with consistent sorting, filtering and paging.

Production Global
Improvement

SO reservation ledger and Production Confirmation grids updated

The SO Reservation Ledger and Production Confirmation screens now use the same standard grid, with consistent sorting, filtering and column sizing.

Production Global
Improvement

MRP runs and planned orders use paged grids

The MRP Runs and Planned Orders lists now page, sort, search and filter on the server and can be exported to Excel. Bulk actions on planned orders work on a selection ticked across several pages.

Production Global

The Shop Floor list now pages, sorts, searches and filters on the server, so it stays fast with many operations. Date columns sort and filter by the date shown, and you can export the full filtered list to Excel.

Production Global
Improvement

Missing Parts report is faster and exportable

The Missing Parts report now works out shortages on the server, so sorting, column filters, search and the summary cards cover all lines, not just the current page. You can export the full filtered report to Excel.

Production Global
New Feature

Sales order drop-down on Shop Floor

The Shop Floor page's sales order filter is now filled from the sales orders that actually have operations.
