Direct customer invoices print, a foreign-currency customer ledger states its outstanding in both currencies, and manual vendor payments pick open items from a grid.
Foreign-Currency Customer Ledger in Rupees and Its Own Currency
On a foreign-currency customer ledger, the balance strip printed dollar amounts behind a rupee sign. Each figure is now converted at its own booked rate, the rupee closing balance is the sum of the open items, and the statement shows outstanding in two columns — INR and the ledger’s currency. A part-paid invoice now shows only its open portion as outstanding, not its full value.
Manual Vendor Payment Picks Open Items from a Grid
The open items of a manual vendor payment are now a full grid, with filtering, sorting, grouping, totals and Excel export.
Print a Direct Customer Invoice
A Print action on the direct invoices grid opens a preview of the actual PDF, with Print, Download and Open in a tab. A debit line prints negative so the sheet adds up to its own total, a document that nets to a debit is titled Credit Note, tax is summarised by rate, and a draft prints with a DRAFT banner so it can go to an approver before posting.
